REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 1, 2018
PRACTICES (32+ HOURS OF TRAINING)
There will be two practices per week. We are planning on Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:30 but days, times and locations can vary. First practice – August 29th.
TOURNAMENTS (15 TOTAL GAMES)
Tournaments are held at the Hardwood Palace in Rocklin or at Local High Schools in Sacramento
In addition to two practices per week, we will participate in tournaments on the following dates. The times and locations are to be determined. Each tournament will include at least three games.

SFBA Morning Skills and Drills
Coach Flo is now offering additional training on Monday and Wednesday mornings (6:15-7:15am) through October.
